• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• During sales, festivals, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We will notify you in case of any delays.

2. Delivery Options and Charges

• We offer standard home delivery across Bangladesh.
• Delivery charges depend on your location and order weight and will be shown during checkout.
• Free delivery promotions may be available occasionally and will be displayed on our website or social media pages.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Inside Dhaka:

Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days after processing.

Outside Dhaka:

Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on courier coverage.

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates. Unexpected delays may occur due to weather, strikes, courier issues, public holidays, or unavoidable circumstances.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an SMS with tracking information .
• You can also track your order by contacting our customer support with your Order ID.

5. Shipping Restrictions

Certain remote areas may have limited courier service.

If we cannot deliver to your location, we will inform you and help arrange an alternative solution, or issue a cancellation/refund if needed.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

• If your parcel is lost, delayed beyond a reasonable time, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately upon receiving it. Make sure to check the parcel in front of the courier delivery person.
• For damaged products, please share photos or videos for faster verification.
• We will work closely with our courier partners to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
