Return & Refund Policy – Zara’s Closet

At Zara’s Closet, customer satisfaction is important to us. We carefully inspect every product before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we are here to help.
Please read our Return & Refund Policy to understand how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.
1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
You may request a return or exchange if:
- You received a damaged product
- You received the wrong item, size, or color
- The product has a manufacturing defect
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact
- You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene and product integrity reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Lingerie & undergarments
- Blouses (stitched)
- Petticoats
- Accessories
- Any item purchased during final sale or clearance discounts
- Customized or altered products
- Items damaged due to customer handling
3. Return Request Procedure
To initiate a return:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide your Order ID
- Share clear photos or videos showing the issue
- Wait for our team to review and approve the request
- Once approved, we will guide you on how to send the item back.
4. Shipping Charges for Returns
If the product you received was wrong, damaged, or defective, Zara’s Closet will bear the return shipping cost.
If you are returning for personal reasons (e.g., dislike, size mismatch where size was correctly sent), return shipping must be covered by the customer.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only in the following cases:
- Wrong item received
- Damaged or defective item
- Product unavailable after payment
- Order cancelled before shipment
Refund Method:
- Refunds are processed via Bkash/Nagad/Bank transfer
- Refunds may take 3–7 working days after approval
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where Zara’s Closet is at fault
6. Exchange Policy
If you request an exchange:
- We will send a replacement once the returned item is received and inspected
If the requested product is out of stock, we may offer:
- A refund
- Exchange with another product of equal value
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled before shipment
- Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted
- For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed after cancellation confirmation
8. Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Information
Zara’s Closet is not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to:
- Wrong address
- Missing phone number
- Customer not receiving calls from courier
- Customer refusing delivery
- In such cases, additional delivery charges may apply.
